Hickory Is Great
We laid(glue down) approximately 2000 sq.ft. of this engineered flooring about 2 years ago. We love the result. We have dark cherry wood furniture as well as kitchen cabinets. We wanted a contrasting color to give the house a light and open feeling. We couldn't have made a better choice in my humble opinion. We can't help but admire our work every day. The beveled edges, the hand scraped/chisled boards are terrific.
Now we are shopping for flooring again for a second home and may well use the same flooring.....we like it that much.
