Urbanfloor strives to serve and protect all of our authorized retailers. We provide a variety of marketing tools as shown below. To maintain quality and level of service among retailers, we require all authorized Urbanfloor retailers to have a current 3-tier Urbanfloor display, maintain an updated sample selection, and offer a full service installation service. Urbanfloor Internet Sales Policy
Urbanfloor is proud to offer quality flooring products through our network of “brick-and-mortar” retailers. To maintain good relationships with our retailers who promote Urbanfloor products in their stores, Urbanfloor is unable to support sales through retailers who sell our products on the Internet.

If you are already an Urbanfloor dealer, we would ask you to refrain from Internet sales or online quotes of our products. We encourage the use of the Urbanfloor logo on your website as well as Internet marketing and promotion, but prices quotes and actual sales cannot be conducted via the Internet. Additionally, Urbanfloor cannot honor warranty claims for any product sold over the Internet, nor can we accept returns for any such products.

To ensure that we are able to continue producing affordable wood products of the highest quality, it is our policy to make our flooring products available only through authorized Urbanfloor retailers. If your business would like to become an authorized Urbanfloor retailer, your store must have a current three-tier Urbanfloor display, maintain an updated sample selection, and offer a full-service installation service.
